Hi All,

When Installling the latest indesign server version (2020) on a windows 2019 server, I am getting the error

"

Your browser or operating system is no longer supported. You may need to install the latest updates to your operating system"

The server has IE11 installed  on it . I am not sure how to resolve this. I have already tried the option to update the registry with the entries provided in the adobe website and restarted the server.

But that does not resolve the issue. Please advice.

The registry entries listed don't seem to have the entry for InDesign Server. You may have to create one manually using the Windows Registry Editor. From the following entry, replace Acrobat.exe with the actual exe file name for InDesign Server.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_BROWSER_EMULATION]

"Acrobat.exe"=dword:00002af8

Hi Vikrant,

Thank You for your reply.I added a new entry "InDesignServer.exe"=dword:00002af8 in teh registry in the same location, but that did not resove the issue after restart. Please let me know in case of any other fixes that are available.

According to some very old documentation there is also a process InDesignServer.com. (.com here is a file type, not a web domain). Worth adding this too, at least worth a try.
