Installing on Classroom Computers

Hello, this is probably a silly question, but is it possible to pre-install Photoshop onto the classroom computers for my students? Or would I need to walk them through logging in and downloading the program individually?  If so, then were a student to switch computers for whatever reason, would they have to go through the process of redownloading each time? 

Thanks for your help! I'm new the cloud format and am just trying to figure it out.
