Installing packages and minimum CPU requirements (Mac) - inconsistent behavior

Hi,

I've created an installer package that was installed on several machines, including a few very old Mac Pros.  On most of them, CC and Acrobat installed normally, but Premiere, After Effects, etc. show up in the applications folder and are runnable, but do not appear in the CC apps list (almost nothing actually shows up on the list, in fact).  Except for one machine... 

On this machine (2013 Mac Pro), like the others, the installed apps are runnable and appear in the Applications folder, but they are not connected in the CC app.  HOWEVER, in the CC app's list of applications, it does show all of the Adobe Apps available in our plan.  I was able to uninstall everything but Creative Cloud and then reinstall those apps via Creative Cloud and now, on this computer, they are successfully running the way I would expect.

I know that these machines do not come anywhere close to meeting the stated minimum requirements of a 6th gen Intel CPU and that's likely why I'm running into trouble.  That said, does anyone have any idea why things run smoothly on one of the computers?  And what I might be able to do to "trick" the other Macs into doing the same thing?  We will be replacing these computers next budget cycle, but my faculty needs them for the next few months...
