Installing problem (Duplicate) Error 151

I’ve been getting error code 151 when installing photoshop, illustrator and after effects.

I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:

• Reinstalling creative cloud
• Uninstalling cc, then using adobe cc cleaner tool to delete everything, resetting my computer, then reinstalling cc.
