Internal Adobe Update Server missing apps

Hello

We have an internal Adobe Update Server (Windows). Usually the users do see the apps they have licenses for in the Creative Cloud desktop app, but not always. Myself as an administrator do not have any licensed apps. I only see Illustrator, why I do not know. I do not see any trial versions and I need that to test the downloading of apps when users complain. If I remove the override file I can see all the trial versions.

How can i fix this?

Fixed the problem by deleting all Adobe files on server and a new fresh sync.

I've recently set up Adobe Update Server.  (We are an Enterprise customer and switching to Federated ID and Named User Licensing too). As far I can see, a user will see ALL the apps that exist on the internal server, whether you have a license or not. "Trial" labels are not displayed (as they are when you remove the override file). Annoyingly, CC Desktop shows the apps under the title "apps included in your subscription", which is misleading. I was told by my Adobe contacts that this is expected behaviour and hopefully may be changed to show only entitled-apps in a future version. Any apps installed without having a license will be available as a 7-day trial. I've set our server to sync ONLY the products our users need, which is about half of all CC apps (and only the current major version) - so this reduces the sync time and total storage used on the server considerably. (It's a shame we cannot exclude OSX!). I know this doesn't really help you, but it's interesting to read you have different experiences and as a newbie myself, I thought I'd share my experiences so far.

Thanks for the info. Now I know that it should work that way with internal server also. Was afraid that it was by design.
