Internet Explorer Adobe PDF Reader Add-ons

We have Adobe Acrobat 9.5.1 version and from Internet

Explorer (Tools> Manage Add-ons), Adobe PDF Reader publisher shows "Control name is

not available" .  I tried to open web-based PDF form but it error out.

How can I fix this IE add-ons issue?
