Intune attempting to install when apps are already installed (Detection rule help)

Hi there,

I'm having difficulty with intune that's attempting to install the apps when they're already installed.  I created the app package with the MSI installer and already have the detection rules for that created.  My users are receiving notifications each day that Intune is attempting to install Animate, acrobat, etc and an additional notification saying it failed to install.  

Any help is appreciated and I thank you in advance.
