Investigating Adobe CC lockouts on a Mac

Are these two addresses used by Creative Cloud on the Macintosh platform?  If so, what specifics / details are they used for?

This is being asked by a team member who is researching why 13 or so Mac users keep getting their domain passwords / accounts locked.  We entitle the users for CC using their domain email addresses and the CC app is one area of interest.
