Invites are not received

Hi,

I am sending the invite against the seat i purchased but user is not getting any email? any suggestions. Any other way for user to access the createive cloud?

    I am having the same problem and am waiting on hold with Adobe for much longer than the 4-7 minute wait I was promised! Did you ever solve your problem?

    Same problem here. Inviting users but email invite doesn't show up in inbox (also checked the SPAM and Junk folders). How do I get my team on the Creative Cloud?

    Hi All,

    Looks like the email from the adobe cloud for some reason are not pasing thru the email scanners of enterprises. You may need to talk to your Email Admin or Admin to put the noreply@adobe.com in a white list to pass thru.
