ipad 용 adobe illustrator 문의

안녕하세요, 저는 현재 기업용 adobe plan (KAIST)를 이용중입니다.

모바일까지 adobe illustrator 사용 가능하다고 뜨는데,

ipad 상의 adobe illustrator를 제 계정으로 로그인했을 때,

자꾸 "IT 관리자에게 문의하여 액세스 권한을 요청해 주십시오."라고 떠서요.

혹시 해결할 수 있는 방법이 있을까요?

I contacted to IT admin, and she answered that Adobe Illustrator for ipad is not allowed to business adobe plan (KAIST).

She said that apps are only allowed for desktop.

I couldn't find the iPad apps listed there, but I think they are included. The plan is managed by your admin and if they do not allow you to use the iPad apps, then there is nothing anyone else can do about it.
