Is Adobe helping small businesses consolidate cloud accounts?

I received an email from Shomen Khasnobis asking if I an interested in consolidating the various cloud accounts we have purchased for our employees.  I love that idea, but I am suspicious this is a hacker. His customer service seems too good.  Is this a legitimate communication from Adobe?
