Is it possible to re-download a program that I supposedly already "redeemed"?

I purchased a year subscription through my schools software purchase program.  I didn't realize that I had downloaded it already (I purchased it in December), but when I try to redeem it, the error message says "oops, this has already been redeemed".  Maybe it made my computer slow and I deleted it by accident?  Is there any way to re-download it?  I see Creative Cloud, PhotoShop and Lightroom on my computer but no sign of Adobe Premiere Pro.

Hi,

You have already redeemed it so there is no need to redeemed it again. You just need to reinstall it using creative cloud app. If you do not have creative cloud app installed use following link to download and install it.
