I'm using an Adobe team plan in China, but is it possible for me to use my apps, such as XD and PS in English? It will make my life easier to communicate with the global team in other countries.

To change the language of an application you will have to install them in the desired language by changing the language settings before installation, to know how to do that please see: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/change-install-language.html
