I'm a systems administrator and would like to know if there is a way I can be alerted when updates are available for products in CC 2017? So I can arrange deployments to keep our systems up to date with the real world.
Maybe an email list? Or RSS feed?

If you are an enterprise user and have access to dashboard then you can switch on the notification.
Once that is done, then you will receive emails everytime an update is available for any application.
