Issue with Adobe Update Server Tool. error code 2

Hello,

I'm having a problem while trying to execute the Adobe Update Server Tool on windows server 2009.
I'm getting an error code 2. I'm using the "--fresh" flag.

The DLM log is showing an error code 12175 as follows:

The server is configured correctly.
When I try to curl  https://cdn-ffc.oobesaas.adobe.com/core/v2/icons?clientID=AUSST_4_0&hidpi=true

I'm getting the .xml file without problem but the Tool is not able to do it.

Does someone have an idea ?
I can give more informations if you need to so feel free to ask.
