Issue with Animate Subscription

Question

Animate shows that it is on trail that already expired when I install creative cloud for enterprise license. I  have 51 licenses for Creative Cloud for Enterprise which supposed to include Animate license but it give a note that it is on trail. The subsciprtion expires on Jan. 31, 2022.
