Issues installing CC2014 on 64bit PC using Creative Cloud packager

Hi,

I just can't get this working!

The windows installer package starts, The user control window opens, then..... Nothing!

Any ideas???

I packaged for MAc and that worked just fine

    Hi PRH,

    Could you please try disabling UAC and try installing the package again. please let us know if it helps.

    I don't know if this helped PRH, but we have tried this with Adobe support on the phone and this did not resolve our issue. Installation behavior was the same.

    I'm having this happen as well. Build my package, run either the setup.exe or the MSI and it just stops after the UAC prompt. Event Viewer shows 1603 error. I was on the phone with Adobe for 3 hours today and the ultimate suggestion after speaking with a senior engineer was to download the package on a different external network. I asked if there were log files that might indicate why it was failing to install and I was told that there are none and that there is no way to enable verbose logging.
