Issues with account adjustments before renewal date

I have all the emails from Adobe for the seven license adjustments I made prior to my adjustment date, but now that date has passed and the admin console still shows the original number of licenses. I called support and they had no record of the adjustments I had made. Support cancelled the extra licenses, but the process is broken.
