Issues with Illustrator CC (2017)

I recently paid for my licensing updates for Illustrator CC (2017), but I keep getting messages saying that my membership with Adobe has expired (which it was renewed) and that I can't access Illustrator.  I need it to run for the business that I work at.  Is there any way to access Illustrator?  Given the issues that I am facing.

i'm not sure what licensing udates for ai means, but if you mean you have an individual (as opposed to team/enterprise etc) subscription, check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://account.adobe.com

if it shows you have an active subscription, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

if your account shows something unexpected, using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

click contact us (in the lower right)
in the chat field, type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

if it shows you have an account
