K-12 device license vs. Named

Hi there.

I've been asked to look into the possibilities of getting Adobe CC to our school. Our local reseller offers the purchase of 25 licenses but I'm told that it's device license, and any installations would be bound to that specific device.

My question (or challenge if you will) is that the way our school works it means that the devices might change 2-3 times throughout the year. Is it possible to "unbind" a license from a device to install/activate it on another?

Best regards

Jesper

It can be a bit confusing, but take a look here:

    ...and also here:

(including the "Adobe VIP Program Guide")

Hopefully amongst those, you'll find an option that will work for you.

    Hi Jesper,

Check out this page especially for K-12 schools... Especially don't miss the very bottom, where some different options are presented:

    Hi

    Thanks for the reply.

I have looked at the page and for what i understand is that you have to purchase a minimum of 500 licenses wich is way over our budget and way too many for us - we are a small school.

I have been in touch with our reseller, but i havn't had any luck finding out weather or not it's possible to deactivate an installation on one device and installing it on another - or if it's a bigger operation that just pressing a "deactivate" button from an admin-panel.
