K12 sub-segment addition

In order to purchase an education licence, I need to mark the account as part of the K12 sub-segment. I have raised a ticket with Adobe several times and have had no success. Our reseller has processed the order with the distribution partner who has fulfilled it. However, Adobe do not deem the order as received because it is for an education licence yet our account is not flagged as part of the education sub-segment.

I have tried to follow the below instructions to add the K12 sub-segment to our account. However, there is nothing to select within Organisation details.

Has anyone else come across this issue?

"•    Could you kindly request the system administrator to log in to the Admin Console and navigate to the Account tab > Organization details. From there, they should select K12 and follow the instructions to complete this workflow.
•    Once customer selected the correct market sub-segment, you should be able to place orders with the correct K12 SKUs."

Hi there,

I recommend getting in touch with the sales team directly. You can request a consultation with them via https://adobe.ly/47nkqKC.

Hope this helps.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
