Ich wollte heute das Probe-Abo für Teams kündigen und nach ewigem Suchen wurde mir vom Virtuell-Assisten mitgeteilt, dass das nur während der Geschäftszeiten und nicht online funktoniert.

Ignore the virtual assisant and try talking to an actual Cust Service person:

Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and log into the site. Click the chat pod on the bottom right and type AGENT to get a real person who can help. Be patient 1:1 customer care puts you in a queue. Or you can reach out on Twitter at AdobeCare

Da war ich schon 1000 mal auf der Seite, selbst der Film stimmt mit meinem Interface nicht überein.

Wenden Sie sich an die Adobe-Kundenunterstützung, um Ihr Creative Cloud für Teams-Abo zu kündigen (navigieren Sie zu Adobe Admin Console > Unterstützung). Weitere Informationen über Supportoptionen

Abder die Leute pennen bereits und wollen erst Morgen wieder arbeiten. Wilkommen im Digitalzeitalter... Eine Taste mit KLICK zum kündigen hätte ich aber gerne [abuse removed by a moderator].

@Michael26905249vjzd I understand your frustration but please follow forum guidelines for decorum. "not some monkeys from support" is unnecessary.

If you have access to the Admin console, support is available 24/7. Go to the Support Tab at the top.

There are numerous ways to contact a real person - via the phone number at the top right (blacked out as its unique per region), click "Create Case" for a ticket/email response or "Start Chat".

If you choose chat - type "Agent" to get a real live person.
