Guten Tag,

 

ich bin Administrator unseres Adobe-Unternehmenskontos und möchte das Abo „Creative Cloud – Alle Applikationen (Teams-Abo)“, das am 4. März 2025 begonnen hat, kündigen.

 

Leider finde ich in der Admin Console keine Möglichkeit, das Abo direkt zu kündigen.

 

Ich bitte Sie daher, mir entweder die Kündigung durchzuführen oder mir mitzuteilen, wie ich konkret vorgehen muss.

 

Mir ist bewusst, dass eventuell eine Kündigungsgebühr anfällt.

    what dis you mean by, "i didn't pay for 4 months"?  do you owe that money?

    Thanks for reaching out. As checked from the backend, I can confirm that your plan cancellation has already been processed. The subscription for Creative Cloud All Apps is set to end on July 4, 2025.

    you already paid for 1 year so it doesn't make sense to cancel until the last month. ie set a reminder and rthen cancellation will be available.
