The generative AI features (including Generative Shape Fill in Illustrator and Firefly) are unavailable because these features require users to be 18 or older. If an Adobe ID does not have a valid Date of Birth, or if the user is under 18, access to Firefly-powered features is automatically blocked.

Since your users are unable to add their age, this likely means their accounts either don’t have a Date of Birth set or indicate an age under 18.

For users who are 18+ and still seeing the features blocked, please have them update their Date of Birth:

• Sign in at https://adobe.ly/49d58Kt and add their date of birth when prompted.

• Or sign in to Behance (https://adobe.ly/4d93pIv) with their Adobe ID and update it there.

• If they use social sign-in (Apple, Google, or Facebook), ensure their date of birth is set to public.

• After updating, sign out and back in to the Creative Cloud desktop app and Illustrator.

For users under 18, these features will remain unavailable. K–12 organizations can access Firefly through K–12 Enterprise plans, which include admin controls: https://adobe.ly/4mWWFB5

Regarding the Firefly toggle in Admin Console: with Creative Cloud for Teams, there is no separate Firefly service switch. Firefly features are included with active licenses.
