Large amount of files in folder .\AppData\Adobe\Acrobat\11.0\DEXShare

A few users have thousands of files in the folder .\AppData\Adobe\Acrobat\11.0\DEXShare

File are names look like:

• G7sqjn_002dxFNiBBeK5kEeLSB
• qbfU6nyOXEhnal7FozpGjA

They all have the same content:

<</DEXShare [/c <<>>]>>

I was not able to find any information about this folder or where these files are needed for.

Does anyone knows what is generating these files and why?

Can we delete this files without causing an issue?

(Our OS is Windows 8.1 Enterprise and we are using Adobe Reader Version 11.0.18)
