Lastschrift-Zahlung, Passwort kann nicht gesetzt werden, kein Abonnement angezeigt

Ich bezahle mit SEPA-Lastschrift und es wird angezeigt, dass die Anmeldung erfolgreich war, aber ich kann kein Passwort festlegen und ich kann nicht überprüfen, ob meine E-Mail-Adresse ein Abonnement hat!

SEPA-Lastschrift wird nicht in Echtzeit abgebucht. Muss das Geld auf der Seite meiner Bank abgebucht werden, damit das Abonnement auf meiner Seite erscheint?

We also recommend checking if you may have used a different Adobe ID (such as another email address or login method) that the subscription might be linked to.

Thanks for reaching out. As mentioned earlier, there is no active plan associated with the Adobe ID you used to post this query. If you do not have any other subscriptions under a different Adobe ID, you will need to purchase a new subscription in order to use the product.

I shared the link earlier because you mentioned making a payment via SEPA direct debit. It’s possible that the payment failed or the subscription was purchased under a different Adobe ID. If the payment did not go through successfully, you will need to purchase the subscription to gain access to the product.
