Launching Adobe CC

I recently renewed my Adobe CC subscription. However, now when I try to launch Dreamweaver or Photoshop I only get a screen that says "Please wait for a moment..." and the rotating symbol. If is close this window I can see the registration information in the background, but I cannot continue.

    Hi Alister,

    Similar deal here, on MacOS 10.11.6. Removed our Named-license CC2015 and installed CC2017.

    Upon opening an App to test the AdobeID or Federated sign-on, I am presented with a "Please wait a moment" status and a spinning symbol. I am attempting the steps presented in your support link.

    Upon deleting the OOBE folder contents and restarting the Mac, Illustrator and Acrobat were able to login;

    Indesign would not and presented the spinning wheel. Photoshop said it was missing components.

    I am attempting a full reinstallation now.
