Libraries aren't showing up in apps, only accessible through Adobe Stock

My company recently upgraded to Enterprise Licensing, and now all the libraries I had saved look like they went missing from my Adobe apps. I found them when I was downloading some stock images from Adobe Stock, however, they aren't connected to my account anywhere else. I can click on the share link and technically "add" them to my libraries, however, they're all read-only which isn't super helpful.

The libraries were made by someone else before I arrived, so maybe I need to dig deeper into who has the main access to them, but wanted to reach out here just in case anyone may have a workaround.
