Libraries shared with my work team have disappeared

Hello! I hope you are doing well and can help me. This problem has not been solved by adobe chat, I've been communicating for days now.

I have an account with my agency, and we all share client libraries with each other. Four Libraries havealreadydisappearedfor no reason.Two of these libraries were created by me.

We already reviewed all the deleted items and ther are not there. Also I did a test to create a library, place elements and delete it and it does not appear in my deleted elements. 


These libraries are very important to us because they contain vectors, logos, textures, color palettes, images, character styles, templates, etc. all from our clients and we are using them every day.

Hi @Wendy28764620ox0y When you delete a library you get a pop up warning stating that you will lose access.

The library however will stay in your deleted items for 30 days. After that it clears out.
