Library Not Migrated After shifting from Individual to Teams Account!!!!

Has anyone else had a nightmare with this?

Adobe was/is rubbish in explaining or preparing me for this move. Moreover, they promised that my Library (stock assets and other files) would be moved to my Teams Account within days!

3 weeks later. Nothing! 

Any help?
