Licence expired before time

Dear

In our admin portal the licence expiration was on 18th of February, but today, 18th Genuary, the users cannot work with Adobe products because all the licence seems to be expired.

I tryed to chat with support but chat is not working. I tryed to call but for Italy only chat is available.

Hi, @UFFICIO98A4 if your Enterprise contract is expired, you have 30 day grace period. During this period you won't be able to use Online Services for CC products. Also, existing users will be able to use the licenses(with no online services) if you assign a new license to any users they won't get provisioned. Thanks!

@UFFICIO98A4's license doesn't expire until 02/18/2023 but today (01/18/2023), users are having a problem.

open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.
