Licence on activating

Hello We are a college and students are downloading adobe products.

I have not created a package, just a licence file.

When students install the software it is a trial.  We have setup 2 licence files (Mac & Win) which they can run on the devices which should activate the software.  This is not working?

After running the Adobeserialization file, in Creative cloud the apps still display that they are a trial.  There are no errors when we run the licence file.

    Hi Lavinia,

AdobeSerialization file require admin privileges to license the applications. Please make sure you run the AdobeSerialization file with admin permission. in case, apps still ask for Adobe ID, delete the SLstore from locations below and run the license file again.

    WIN: C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore

    MAC: HD>library>application support>adobe>SLstore

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,

    Ashish
