Licences and renewal

I purchased Adobe CC through my IT department and no one can tell me if my license expires when I purchased it or when it was installed ( this could be a 3-4 month difference). I need to plan my budget for FY17 and need the renewals in the correct quarter.  Also,  where do I find my license number so I can register the product to my team email address.\
