License appears to be assigned but no user is shown in the assignment table

We have 1 Creative Cloud Pro license. We have used it for several years with no problem. I have 3 admins who can re-assign it when needed.

Since a couple of weeks in the Admin Panel the license appears to be assigned (Total Licenses 1, Used Licenses 1) but in the table below I see no users so I cannot remove the license from the user and I cannot assign it to another user (the button is greyed out).

I chatted 2 times with the assistance but the problem is still there. The first time they required 48 hrs to solve and they did not solve.

The second time they accidentally deleted one of my users which seemed to have the license assigned, but it did not solve the problem.

A the end, at the moment we are not able to use our CC license. Help!!!

Thanks Anshul for following this case.

Logged in with a Private Chrome session, the license was free to assign and I've been able to assign it to one of my users. It seems solved now. Not sure if it was the Private Session or some update on Adobe side. Now it works also in my usual browser.

It seems solved now, thank you for your help.

Hi @emanuele_7427,

Thank you for confirming that the issue has been resolved. It appears there was a temporary glitch in your Admin Console, which our team has corrected on the backend.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any further assistance in the future.

Hi @emanuele_7427,

Thanks for reaching out. From your query, it seems you’re unable to assign your CC license to another user, and the Assign button is greyed out. Please confirm if this is the issue you need help with.

Currently, the license is not assigned to any user. Could you ask another admin to try assigning the license to any user and check if they encounter the same issue?

Additionally, since you already have a support ticket open for this, you should have received an email from our team. If the issue is still unresolved, you can reply directly to that email to continue the case.

Thanks for answering.

I confirm the issue is exactly the one you described: the license appears to be assigned but actually no user is assigned to it. I will ask another admin to try next week because the office is currently closed for summer holidays.

About the ticket, it's been closed yesterday even if the issue was not solved. In any case the emails I received said to not reply to them since the sending address cannot receive emails.
