License check

I have been in contact with an Adobe representative via email. She wants to check our licenses and run a script on our network to find the data that are needed. I'm suspicious and would like to be 100% certain that this person is an Adobe representative. The email address is with @license.adobe.com. Any idea of what I should do ? (I tried the chatbot and the hot line)
