license issue

I am replacing my PC's at work with new ones. I have uninstalled and logged out of Acrobat. I have reinstalled it on the new PC's and logged in, but I am getting a message that I have exceeded my licenses. I have called 4 times, but no one can help me correct the issue. Anyone have any ideas?

What is the Acrobat version? What is your OS and version? I suppose that for a new computer you did not set-up an old OS for some reason?

 

Do you have different licences. You just may have taken the wrong licence key?

open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.
