License recognition problem

Hello, 

Today our computers do not recognize the liceses of Adobe. Is it a general problem? How can we solve it? Thank you.

do you have a teams or enterprise subscription?

After 3 hours not working, now it is solved. I don't know what the problem was, something general in your system i guess.

more likely it was a connection problem if it affected multiple computers at one time.  but glad it's resolved.

 

(and, if you reply again, is this a teams or enterprise subscription?)
