License renewal issue

Last year I had issues with license renewal, again this year the situation is the same. I have tried updating myself, but now I have run out of time and I need to contact my account manager.

Last time I tried that my account manager was unavailable, using the chat functionality doesn't help either.

Does anyone know how to get hold of a serious account manager that resells adobe products.

It was easier when it was 3 single licenses that had to be renewed manually, the enterprise system is annoying and more difficult to handle!
