license renewal - price increase of thousands of dollars. not possible to use all apps as a company?

Hello, maybe you can help me.
We have level 4 in the VIP program and have a 3-year commitment (extended term with annual payments).
We have 12 licenses for All Apps and 14 licenses for All Apps Pro (now apparently Edition 4). Not all of our licenses require access to the stock content. Similarly, we have 62 normal InCopy licenses and 14 InCopy Pro (now Edition 4). Other licenses are not listed here.

My account manager says there is only Edition 4 and there is no option to choose other licenses. So now I have to pay for 26 All Apps and 76 InCopy licenses in Edition 4. That's a price increase of several thousand dollars.

I thought with the 3 year commitment I would always pay the same price? Because even the normal license prices are no longer the ones I paid in 2023.

Do any of you know or can explain this?

Hi, I am in contact with the Adobe Sales Team. That's why I received prices for the extension.
My question was whether anyone can confirm this. It can't be that I suddenly have to pay thousands of dollars more without receiving any prior information.

Hi there,

Sales or support teams can only address billing and pricing queries. We cannot check that information for you here in the community.

As you have mentioned, you are already in contact with the sales team; if you still have queries, you can start a chat or open a case through the support tab in the Adobe Admin Console, see: https://adobe.ly/4di03Qd;

Hope this helps.

Thanks,
