    Hi there,

You can download and install Creative Cloud desktop applications on multiple computers, regardless of the operating system. However, activation is limited to two machines per individual associated with the membership, and you may not use the software on these devices simultaneously.

See the Licenses and Terms of Use | Adobe for more information. Learn how to Activate and deactivate Adobe Creative Cloud license on a machine.

If you have more questions here is a thread that covers them: https://community.adobe.com/t5/enterprise-teams/licensing-question-do-i-get-that-correctly/m-p/10990894?page=1#M26723.
