License Usage Reports - Request

I need the ability to see which Licenses are activly in use.

While there are a variety of metrics that would be useful, I think simply knowing if the user had accessed the product or account in any way.

In order to use the product they must sign-in. I want to know which users have not signed-in in the last 30days.

This would be extreemly helpful and honestly a feature that would encourage my organization to move to an Enterprise License.
