LicenseRecoveryLauncher won't run on Yosemite?

I tried using the license recovery tool on my MacBook (Yosemite) today, and got the following message:

"You can’t open the application “LicenseRecoveryLauncher.app” because PowerPC applications are no longer supported."

What is the solution?
