Licensing Acrobat Standard XI in an Citirx environment

Hi,

i have two questions about how to license Acrobat Standard.

If I install Acrobat Standard on an Citirx-Environment.

And i also install Acrobat Standard on 2 other Server.

On Citirx there have 100 User access to Acrobat Standard.

On the other 2 Server only 5 User have access to both of these 2 Server. These 5 User have also access to the Citirx Environment.

So I have 100 unique user, but in sum i have 110 user if i count access on all 3 Servers.

How many licenses i need for this szenario?

The other question is, if i have installed and licensed Acrobat Standard on an Device and this Device can also access Acrobat Standard that is installed on the Citirx Server.

How many licenses i need?
