Licensing Error after Deployment with SCCM

I just deployed CC with SCCM and whenever a non-admin user tries to open a program, they get a Lic error.  When I log on with an Admin account and start a program, all works fine.  After that, non-admin users don't get the error any more.  Is there anyway this can be fixed??? I work at a Community College and don't want to log into 500 computers so students can use the software.  Very frustrating.
