Question

Licensing for free trial account

Hello, we would like to "purchase" the free 30 day trial of adobe and then "purchase" some media with it.
Now when "signing" up there's only an email to enter and then the credit card details.

However it's important for us to know how they link the "purchased" licenses to our company when we can't enter our company details. We want to have clarity if the intellectual property (license) is then owned by our company even if we are using the trial.

Does anyone know how it works?

Which product are you talking about? Most of Adobe's applications have only a 7-day trial.

If you're buying for a company, you should look at either a Teams subscription (small number of users) or an Enterprise subscription. This way the licenses belong to the company, not to individual users, so you can add or drop people as necessary. I believe that will also let you enter your company details.

I'm going to move this to the Enterprise and Teams forum, where there are more likely to be people who know more than I do.

The Using the Community forum is for help in using the Adobe Support Community forums, not for help with specific programs, installation issues, or account issues such as subscription questions or billing problems, or generalized questions about Creative Cloud services.

    * Product questions should be posted in the associated product community.
    * Installation questions should be posted in the Download & Install community.
    * Account issues, including subscription questions or billing problems, should be posted in the Account, Payment, & Plan community.
    * Questions about the Creative Cloud desktop app or general questions about apps in the Creative Cloud should be posted to the Creative Cloud Services community.

I already moved it to the forum. No need to double post.
