Licensing issue, no help from support
Two weeks ago, our licences were automatically renewed, the money was automatically debited from our account, and then one of our paid licences disappeared. Support was unable to resolve the issue and suggested that we purchase an additional licence and they would refund the previous price. Unfortunately, although the new licence appears among our products, it cannot be issued to any user. For some reason, the system does not allow it to be assigned. So now we have paid for two licences but cannot use any of them. This whole situation seems completely hopeless. Can anyone help us find a solution?
