Hello,

I have a question about the users, If a user is currently licensed and i happen to remove them do they lose all the files they have saved in adobe creative cloud. I am assuming it will interupt them using the application but i am just wondering about files or anything else. 

If I re-license them can they just use the same credentials to get back in with no errors?

I am just curious since i have to do a mass export and a mass import of users and it makes more sense to remove everyone and then re-add them everyone since even the people i am removing are part of the import since they are ont he new list as well. It is a lot to expalin but i am just wondering. But i am hearing they want to keep current users and not to remove them. it will create more work to not remove current users if that makes sense. i will have to look through two spreadsheets. thank you.

If you remove a Business ID, Enterprise ID or Federated ID without first archiving the content, then it will be permanently deleted.

If you wish to move directories between organisations (Admin Consoles), please contact support so that we can assist with this in order to not lose the users' content.
