Lightroom 2021 Shared Device License - erroneously showing trial has ended

Greetings,

We currently have multiple labs where we've deployed CC 2021 using our Shared Device License.  All is good with the exception of Lightroom.  When launched - it's show a red banner at the top stating the trial period has ended, and it needs to be purchased.  It appears that when I create the SDL deployment package, that Lightroom is indeed included in our HED licensing.  Am I wrong, and we are not licensed for Lightroom?  I also attached a screenshot of the trial prompt.

Lightroom CC is not included with Shared Device License as it is a cloud based product which require online services, however the users can Lightroom Classic which is a desktop based application.
