Lightroom (4.2) silent installation fails (PDApp.log: 195 & DLM.log: - 12150 and -12180 exitcodes)

Silent installation is deployed using Configuration Manager (System Account) and installation fails. Logs and exitcodes below. Any help?

DLM log contains:
