Lightroom CC will not install on OSX 10.8.5

Question

Already updated PS and Ai and tried signing out and back in. PLease help! This is the message I get.

Hi chriss61294244,Exit Code 21 occurs when the install engine encounters unexpected components. You may be able to solve the issue by taking the following steps:1) Log out of CC2) Reboot your machine3) Log into CC4) Update CC (Should begin automatically upon login)5) Install LR CCIf you are still experiencing difficulty, this document addresses the issue with regards to Photoshop: Error 21 or DW021 while installing Photoshop CC 2015‌.
